Your name and e-mail address are required in order to process your request and follow up as required. Other information such as vehicle information and further contact details can be provided voluntarily.
The data will be processed for the purpose of contacting us and in accordance with Article 6 sec. 1 sent. 1 lit. b GDPR as required to follow up on your request which may include the transfer to third parties such as other Rambach entities as far as this is necessary to follow up on your request (e.g. when it concerns the business of another Rambach entity).

- Cross border data transfers
Within the scope of our information sharing activities set out above, your personal data may be transferred to other countries (including countries outside the EEA) which may have different data protection standards than your country of residence. Our servers are located in Germany. We have proper guarantees with the involved third parties in place (e.g. other Rambach group companies operating the websites on our behalf) to ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data.
